The terms we hold ourselves and you to.

These terms are between you and MZEUS LABS LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, LLPIN ACV-7859, registered in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We trade as MzeusLabs.

By creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services. You must be 18 or older.

• ShareLync: a tool for creating a marriage biodata and sharing it with people you choose, with the ability to revoke access
• Mann: a private journalling app with AI-assisted reflection. Currently in development
• This website: information about the company and its products

We are still building. Features change, and some are released in beta where behaviour may be incomplete. We will not pretend a beta is finished.

Mann may show a supportive message if it detects language suggesting crisis. That is a safety net, not a clinical assessment, and it can miss things.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Because Mann encrypts entry bodies with a key we do not hold, we cannot recover your entries if you lose access to your account. This is a deliberate design decision and its consequence is permanent.

You keep ownership of everything you write or upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store it, encrypt it, and display it back to you or to the people you choose to share it with.

In ShareLync, sharing a biodata means giving somebody a link that lets them read it. Anyone holding that link can read the biodata until you revoke access. You are responsible for who you give it to, and for having the consent of anyone whose details appear in a biodata you create.

You agree not to:

• Upload another person’s details without their consent
• Use the services to harass, deceive, defraud or discriminate against anyone
• Attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the services
• Scrape, resell or redistribute content that is not yours
• Use the services for anything unlawful

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise.

We work to keep the services running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.

The services, our software, the MzeusLabs, ShareLync and Mann names and our marks belong to us. These terms do not transfer any of that to you. Your content remains yours.

The services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data beyond what we could reasonably have foreseen.

Where we are liable, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or ₹5,000 if you paid us nothing.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You can stop using the services and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may end your access if you materially breach these terms, or if we discontinue a product, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export what is yours.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.
