Work on the things that never get talked about.
MzeusLabs is two people in Pune. We are not hiring today. We are writing this down anyway, because the person we will eventually need is not the kind who checks a job board.
Where we actually are
Two Managing Directors and no employees. ShareLync is live on Android, iOS and web. Mann is live on Android and iOS. The company is funded by the products rather than by investors, which means the roadmap is shorter than we would like and entirely ours.
There are no open roles and no hiring timeline. We do not know when that changes, so we are not going to pretend otherwise. If that makes this page pointless to you, it has done its job early.
What we would hire for first
A mobile engineer working in Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform, across Android and iOS.
Both products are built that way, and it is the place where two people is most obviously not enough. This is the role that will exist first, not a role that exists now. We are naming it because a careers page that will not say what it needs is not telling you anything.
What this would actually be like
What you would get.
Whole surfaces rather than tickets. Work in front of real users within days, not at the end of a quarter. A direct say in what does not get built, which at a company this size is the more useful half of the say.
What you would not get.
A salary that competes with a funded startup. A team large enough to be anonymous inside. A specced backlog handed to you. Certainty, of any kind, because the company is young and honest about it.
We have written the second half deliberately. A small company that lists only the good parts is asking you to find out the rest after you have joined.

Do not send a CV on its own. Send two things instead: something you have built that you would defend, and what you think is wrong with ShareLync or Mann after actually using them.
The second one matters more. We will read every message that has a real answer to it.
